Subject: Interesting footage
The shot of the kids with the bunny, and other segments, I am certain, could be useful as stock footage.

...and like Spuzz, I find the footage with Black kids being given (coins?) a bit odd, though I'm cetain there's a rational explanation. At least I hope there's one.

Subject: Look Horace! Negroes!
Short reel here that is a bit contrasty for some reason. Showcases a visit to a park.. Some gardens, some animals, a great set arctic setup with some polar bears and icicles and curiously, a black woman and her 2 kids. A man gives her and her kids some money. Was she a display at the park as well? I know, that's awful. But the way the film is shot, you can't help but to think that. After that, there's some shots of a family and some kids at a grand house, and that's about it.
